1. Proposal Validity: Proposals are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, terms and pricing may be subject to review and adjustment. 2. Scope of Work: The outlined services, deliverables, and timelines are based on the agreed-upon scope of work. Any additional requests or changes may require a separate agreement and fee adjustment. 3. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the project, or in case of exchange no deposit necessary. Remaining balances will follow a milestone-based or final completion payment schedule, as detailed in the proposal. 4. Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Design.Zenia.com retains the right to feature non-confidential work in its portfolio. 5. Confidentiality: All client-provided materials and information will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of the project. 6. Cancellations and Refunds: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds for work not yet completed will be prorated, excluding the initial deposit. 7. Liability: Design.Zenia.com and Zenia are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or implementation of deliverables.
